The Open Jar in Seaton bounces off the existing offers around and about the seaside resort perfectly well and this is further evidence of our fit for this particular location. We have faith in our quality offer and have never dropped below a 5 star Environmental Health Inspection rating since our inception in 2016.
We are more than just a one focus offer and think that when you are considering a ‘best-fit’ you need to consider what The Open Jar adds in terms of value. In our mind, we’re a triple threat. We offer a fantastic food offer, so much so that we do not fix ourselves in one lane. At the moment we are running menus that are on trend with street-food and sharers at its core, while maintaining what we term our ‘classic menu’ alongside. If the trend changes, we add specials over the course of a few weeks and as we find things being ordered look to reshape and model a new menu, maintaining items that are successful and adding the new, on-trend dishes. This has allowed us to stay relevant for over 5 years.
