So after having my gall bladder removed and hardly being able to enjoy food for over 1 year I decided to go vegan and find a vegan way round to make delicious cakes and sweet treats that anyone can enjoy, it started as a hobby but friends and family told me they enjoyed my baked treats so I decided to offer them to the people of Hartlepool and posting some treats across the UK 😊💚
