After completing 4 years in art and design, I decided to become a self taught hobby baker. I have recently began to utilise my skills by creating my own business from home, taking orders for custom celebration cakes and cupcakes. I also specialise in making handmade toppers for my cakes, including fondant roses and flowers. I also hold a Level 2 food hygiene and safety certificate, and am fully registered.
